The EREMA North America after sales technical support team provides machine start-up and maintenance to over 400 systems currently in the field. Our in-house technicians also work closely with customers and the spare parts department to carefully select the proper parts needed to solve breakdowns or guide upgrades of components on existing systems.
This team is also responsible for running tests and demonstrations on our inhouse recycling systems. They coordinate the factory’s engineering of new machines with our customers’ requirements and arrange and ensure shipping systems from the factory to customers is as smooth a process as possible.
